Vintage 1980’s Ibanez Roadstar Tuners in Good condition. 3rd string is missing screw/washer but still works. 

This neck is in good condition. Crown of frets have been filed. No sharp edges. 

Looks like previous owner was doing some sanding on the headstock and back of the neck.
