Notes
Green and blue label with black printing.
The top of the label being green and the bottom of the label being blue, and “STEREO” in white letters at the top of the label.
There is a white band running through the center hole from side to side, separating the green and blue areas.
The label name “ATLANTIC” is in the white area to the left of the center hole.
To the right of the center hole there is a large “A” and a white fan in a black box. Does not have the small “ATLANTIC” inserted at a 90-degree angle between the large “A” and the fan, as seen with the black fan version. Also no Registered Trademark “R” above the fan, indicating that is is an earlier pressing of this “white fan” label (1960-1961)Label Mislists B1 as “The Spirit-Feel”.Front cover has Atlantic 1289 printed at top along with a Gold Atlantic SD 1289 Stereo Disc stamped at left. Back cover has Stereo Disc with Black fan printed at top. On label cat# SD 1289.This album was recorded in its entirety at The Newport Jazz Festival in Newport, Rhode Island on July 5, 1958 by special arrangement with the Directors of The Newport Jazz Festival.
