This comes from the collection of John Neff which he sold us many pieces as part of his retirement in 2020.
(We have more on the homepage).
John Neff spent many years as a music collaborator and studio partner with David Lynch and Walter Becker of Steely Dan.
He has since retired and sold us a lot of his recording history of classic guitars, amps, and keyboards.
He co-owned Maui Recorders with Walter Becker in the 80’s and then moved to San Franciso in the 90’s
and started Marin Recorders. He recorded Journey during this time.
He unfortunately passed away in early 2023.
