T-90™ Bridge Pickup – Pro Gretsch Mount
The T-90 is our answer to the traditional P90 pickup that combines a classic design with a touch of TV Jones sparkle and clarity. The result is a full and fat sound with clear, transparent overtones.
Tone/Characteristics
The bridge pickup has thicker highs and more defined lows than what is commonly heard from traditional P-90s. We use two Filter’Tron bar magnets, as well as Filter’Tron pole screws and wider pole-to-pole spacing on the bridge pickup. This provides more inductance for a thicker tone and plenty of dynamics. The neck pickup has two thinner bar magnets which contributes to it’s clarity and warmth. It is considerably less boomy than traditional P90s.
Output/Power
DC Resistance is not entirely an indicator of true pickup output, although it can be helpful.
Bridge: DCR – 7.6K / Inductance – 6.21H
Neck: DCR – 6.1k / Inductance – 4.31H
Installation:
The Original Pro Gretsch Mount is a direct drop in replacement for most Pro Series Gretsch guitars (6xxx Series) with Filter’Tron style pickups. This pickup ships with 4 small wood mounting screws and compression foam for adjustment.
Wiring Notes
This pickup is shipped with standard 2-conductor wire. We recommend 500k pots with our T90 pickups.

Filter’Tron Replacement: The Original Pro Gretsch Mount is a direct drop in replacement for most Pro Series Gretsch guitars with Filter’Tron style pickups. The change in mount does not change the sound of the pickup.
