You get a lot of tonal bang for your buck with the Washburn HB30, thanks in part to its maple center block. The center block allows the otherwise-hollowbody to resist resonant-frequency feedback. That means you can rock out louder, with more gain, without your amplifier squealing out of control. Maple is a snappy tonewood that enhances your note definition, clarity, and sustain.

Washburn designed the HB30 semi-hollowbody with a decidedly vintage vibe. Multi-laminate binding adorns the body, F-holes, and fretboard for an incredibly smooth appearance. While it plays incredibly well, it doesn’t hurt that the HB30 is a great-looking guitar too.

Hollowbody guitars are typically lighter and more resonant than their solidbody counterparts. This gives a somewhat mellower tone to the guitar making it well-suited to jazz, blues or rock. The Washburn HB30 Hollowbody Dual Humbucker Electric Guitar features a double cutaway and includes a solid maple block in the center, increasing sustain and reducing susceptibility to feedback in high-volume situations. It has a maple body and top with a maple neck. The scale is a comfortable 24-3/4″ and the neck has a rosewood fingerboard with dot inlays. It has an adjustable tune-o-matic bridge, a stopbar tailpiece and Grover tuners. Dual 621 humbuckers are wired to a 3-way switch with independant volume and tone controls for each pickup. Case included.
